Waited with pretty much lvl 0 parasite to get evolution points; accidenlty infected every counry meanwhile :d (yes, even Madagascar, those guys only shutted down airports which they don't have, but dud nothing to anything else. Madagascar logic.)

start in Madagascar, 2 ships in first 3 days, not on either, fair enough. wasn't expecting to have to wait another 40days for the next ship to leave the island.... did let me build up a store of evo points tho...

Reading through the comments I expected Madagascar to be the country which prevented my parasite to destroy humanity.
It was China. China closed everything for a parasite that only wanted to infect people. Hurrah.

after 5 attempts to infect the word i have discovered that no matter how hard me or my infectious friends try they always have a safe haven.
the haven is Madagascar.
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND NOTHING WORKS i can bring no death no pain and just spread they shut down there only port no matter what so i should just give up because i can get the whole world but not them :(

I love how under "realistic" setting it says game takes longer to play than casual. Yeah, it does take quite a while to refresh a game million times trying to get your disease to start at madagascar to have a chance at winning.

Maybe the game should show transportation that are carrying the virus, so we can see the spread better.
Madagascar is so hard to infect. I seriously thought on other websites that the only way to infect Madagascar is by starting there (until I read Ikilledbamby's comment here on Kongregate).

Man, I love this game (aside from the mandatory hating Madagascar), but could you please make the ships not morons? I've seen ships floating around in the North Atlantic near three or four open ports. They just float around, not docking anywhere. Then all the ports close with ships still at sea, and it's impossible to win the game.

It was half of the game when I missed Madagascar for the nth time. So I sighed and took a break with the game still on. By the time I came back, the whole world was infected. WHAT.

The key is to keep visibility as low as possible while keeping it quite infectious. Then, once it hit a lot of countries, increase it's infection rate as high as possible with effects such as Insanity.
