one good trick: erase all symptoms; wait untill almost or all regions are infected; add sneezing; sit back, relax, and enjoy the show! When 0 healthy people remain, cure progress will stop. Will say "approxamite days to completion: infanite" ;)

I can't remember how many times I have tried this, and I have always failed, there is always at least one region that wont be infected, and it is usually always Madagascar unless that was the starting region, then the surviving region seems to be random. Have anyone actually completed this game, please write. "Nauto98001"'s guide doesn't help.

i infected every area with a peracite yes including madacascar (ironicly after they closed shiping lanes) just remove all syimptoms and get 2 of every restance
