Finally got the impossible badge... A word of note on the strategy: do not get high resistance (lvl 3 and above) for your disease until all the countries have been infected! Otherwise, your disease will infect too many people and force closures.

After several tries... the part of when Madagascar never have ANY DAMN ship at all entering its port EVER makes this game annoying

My disease causes kidney failure, Hemorrhaging, Diarrhea, fever, sneezing, and vomiting, but hasn't killed a single person. Tough crowd.
