When they say "Realistic" They just mean really hard, everyone will close their borders when you have no symptoms. Also, how does the rest of the world close their borders and tell all the airports/shipyards to stop sending out planes/ships. AND I think there is a lot more planes and boats and airports and shipyards.

As a medical student,this game is inaccurate but i wont be pricky about medical terms. This Game and concept can provide some serious amounts of fun. But,if it has a damn goal,why makin it so hard to reach!?! And logically speaking,if there is a virus that has no symptoms,how the hell alerts the whole world? Even aids can be in our house and we may not notice it jezz. comment on achiev "President Madagascar Assassin Badge". Ok i wont let them. ill stick my virtual pee wee in madagascar and infect some funny girls around there. Then call President for a strip club night out with me. /headshot.

If ur playing for badges, follow Nauto98001's advice but choose parasite instead. You're virtually undetectable for a looooong time, and the chances of getting Madagascar is more likely due to the countries not panicking when the virus *ahem* parasite spreads. I tried three times and got madagasca and every other country on the third. Oh, and also use sores instead of sneezing, since parasites dont get sneezing.

I am so happy. I was keeping my eyes glued to the news postings to make sure madagascar doesnt close its borders on me again, as usual. Then the message came "Madagascar closed shipyards to prevent infection" followed by "Madagascar closed its borders to help prevent infection." Then as I sat staring at the screen in denial, a single ship entered the closed shipyard. " Disease arrives in Madagascar" SCR3W U MADAGASCAR! APPARENTLY SOMEONE DIDNT SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING.

DETAILED REVIEW:
I like this game,alot,but the waiting and the waiting is alot of time.But i find this game interesting,because since it's very unique with the gameplay and strategy you have to take.
Although,obviously the player/virus doesn't want to shut down everything,so the player has to take not much action but alot of strategy.
So,you start off as a little cute virus,or...Maybe not cute at all.So thing is there are virus,bacteria,and parasite.Each one has a good thing and a bad thing.Now there are Relaxed Mode and Realistic Mode,simply Easy Mode and Normal Mode.
Ok,so,if your a beginner,start as virus and start easy and no pressure!
FUN TIP:Start off selling all your symptoms until 4/5 of the world is infected,now buy the symptoms,,they start dying.I done that and my Fever and Vomiting evolved to Deadly Fever and Bloody Vomit.Really gross! (Right?)

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive Thanks for the comment! I got 13th of all time by using this method.

Darn even though i got madagascar on day 12 idonesia closed up to the point where it was untouchable on day 15. :( no imp for me.

i don;'t know what i did but within 18 days i have infected all the world but 3 countries, Canada, MADAGASCAR and Japan, Yepppeee a chance to kill MADAGASCAR!!!!!!!!!

OH MY GAWD! I started in Madagascar 3 time in a row. First time there was still 4 countries Second time, there was still australia 3rd time there was still Peru! **** **** **** ****!!!!!!!
