damn, i infected and completly wiped out 17 out of 21 countries, the ones that remained un-infected: Madagascar, Japan, Austalia, and Peru.

The people in this game is weird (well if they are any)...they shut everything down because of a virus that does nothing! It's like they have a phobia for viruses or something

I've tried at least 10 times to start in one of those places and they never came up. China came up 3 times in a row, so WTF is going on?!

hmm lol i infected everythin except indonesia and madagascar ( the other regions had only infected ppl) then from one time i started fever BOOM i can imagine how ppl walking on the street were fallin down and dyin xD

needs multiplayer like all 3 of the things are infecting the place and making the game harder if it gets mutiplayer like this plus this if you think it shohuld have multiplayer

lol only symptom i has was sneezing no infection in Madagascar they close the shipyards, So i add necrosis and Madagascar gets infected within 2 seconds going by what it says about that in the game id say that would be hard to miss even if u were trying

The concept of the game is very amusing (or is it just me?), but the downside is that it's damn nearly impossible to finish if you don't start in Madagascar. Also isn't it too reliant on viruses to get full global infection? Try parasitic infection for example; even when the outbreak starts in Madagascar, chances are it closes its borders before the disease even gets out of the country forcing you to keep restarting for an hour or so if you're as unlucky as me.
All in all a great game but insanely difficult!

oh god.... no friggin way... i left it on its on by accidentit didnt even start in madagascar, and i bought only the fourth drug tier, and three of the others and everthings infected... no no. i am not lying and its 62 days and REALISM MODE NOW TO KILL EVERYONE OH PLEASE DIE QUICK!
