Use Nauto98001's comment above. Use slow to medium speed. I noticed that if you use fast, everything shuts down much faster, by the timer, not our time. Keep this up

This game is so unrealistic... here are the reasons
1.Only 24 hospitals?One for each state????
2.When you exterminate everyone in a state,sometimes it says hospitals are open schools are open etc.
3.How the hell does closed borders keep out insects?????? the world may never know
4.How one country can isolate themselfs from the rest of the world in less than 2 days...
