I already had all the badges, but I was bored so I loaded up to play and with sneezing, coughing, sweating, dementia, and depression, people started to drop like flies, not really sure why, those symptoms aren't outright lethal lol.

I like how Greenland keeps EVERYTHING open when the entire rest of the world is dying of every lethal disease symptom ever. Their president is like the polar opposite of the president of Madagascar.

oh wow... right after the Vacine was starting to be created, I turned on all the major killers in hopes to shut it down. It didn't work, but with not 1 drug resistance, the Vacine still didn't work :/

Just because Madagascar closes its harbour doesn't necessarily mean they can't be infected that way. Any ship that' have departed will also arrive at it's destination, closed or not. But no more ships will be sent to that destination. So, if you're lucky, a ship carrying the infection might sneak it's way to Madagascar.
This is just a hypothesis, but I've based it on the fact that a boat arrived in M:s locked-down harbour, immediately followed by the message "Disease spotted in Madagascar" ;)
