If you happen to start on Madagascar in Relaxed Mode, this is what I did to get the third badge, "Ultimate Relaxation Badge". It's somewhat similar to "Nauto98001" 's tips above, so the credits should go to Nauto d:
1)Start in Madagascar, Relaxed Mode
2)Make sure the only sympton you have is Sneezing
3)Buy the Resistances Cold, Heat, and Moisture, level one.
4)As soon as the disease leaves Madagascar and spreads to one (maybe two) other countries, get rid of sneezing to prevent spazzing of the government.
5)Wait until all countries are infected.
6)Buy all Drug Resistances.
7)Get Sneezing back, and also get Coughing and Vomiting

"Government of Madagascar closes borders" (but shipyards and the 'airports [???]' are still open). Well, I'm not sure closing the borders will do much. It's not like someone's gonna swim to Madagascar?

Okay, how long can these contries survive with their borders closed? with no food or medical supplies or anything from other countries, they would be feeling the hurt big time, eventually they would have to open up their borders and risk the disease in order for their people to get food.

Grr...when I finally start in madagascar, all of a sudden Peru and Argentina decide to shut everything down! You'd think that even with that kind of government strictness, there would be a few refugees that would find a way to sneak into the country somehow.

Madagascar and Greenland are polar opposites. Madagascar = one person infected shipyard closes down. Greenland = 50 people left, they are still the only ones working on the cure. Thank god Madagascar doesn't have a hospital to work on a cure.

Great concept, but the execution fails to deliver. Looks like the game has serious balancing issues, where you have to hope that you're lucky to get Madagascar infected early in the first month, by seaport no less which is extremely slow. Terrible game when you have to base it on luck. 3 stars
