If you do, the disease will spread out of control in your country and all the ports and airports will be shut down. -Hope that Madagascar gets infected. -Once the disease has infected the entire world you can buy the rest of the resistances. -The world will be so overwhelmed that all the hospitals shut down and the vaccine will never be made within 2,000 days. -Use your own cocktail of symptoms to kill the world (for example, sneezing depressed blind people).

Wow! I actually have the impossible badge! A few notes: Trust the guides, they do actually work. I started in cuba instead of madagascar and I got everyone infected in 23 days. There is a strong degree of luck to this, I just happened to get the badge the first time I played this evening. Woo! Second impossible badge!

Here's another strategy you could use. 1. Start with New Zealand. 2. As soon as you can, make your virus airborne and put on sneezing. 3. Turn on every resistance 1-1-1-1. 4. After three countries are infected, turn off sneezing.
5. If a country closes, or all countries are infected after day 31, restart. 6. As soon as vaccine begins to develop, turn on all drug resistance. Turn on as many high grade symptoms as you can ( below grade 4) 7. constantly give your virus more symptoms and watch as the world falls to pieces. This worked on my first try as New Zealand.

i almost had them! what I did was pick virus, just let the points accumulate till i had 100 or so, bought every resistance to the max and every tier 1 symptom, and saved till i could afford all the transitions, and boom. everyone was infected and dying. fast. didnt finish though, i accidentally hit the 'x' button. :(
