Easy win no matter where you start. First make sure you only have feve, i=f you have any other sell them. Get all of he carriers. Then as soon as they sart a vaccine buy symptoms because it spreads really fast right up until the vaccince is started.

Won the impossible badge using nauto's method with Madagascar as the start, but had to increase heat/cold/moisture resist to lvl 2, and eventually used dementia instead of kidney failure (dementia bumped up the lethality a good amount).
Remind me to retire in Madagascar, BTW ;-)

I took Nauto's advice when it came to only having sneezing but i think i'll try to infect everyone and then turn on vomitting and diahrea, yeah I just want to watch the world burn.

To take revenge I just restarted until I got Madagascar then I spread it to everybody with sneezing, after that I just turned on heart failure and watched the show ;)
