Under rating threshold (show) Chose parasite, took off Fever and put in Vomiting, watched the numbers go above 5000, then sold Vomiting and watched all the world become infected except for Madagascar (shocking, I know) and a couple other places, and every place STARTED TO SHUT DOWN. Why? ZERO VISIBILITY. Not even a sliver. Kinda lame.
