It seems that a deadly virus has spread around the whole world. Every country closed it's docks. Looks like me and my crew will be stuck sailing on the atlantic forever.

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. in tropico 4, modern times expansion, your adviser talks about how dangerous your island would be in a doomsday scenario and if you don't fix it half your population will move to Madagascar

I started in madagscar and japan closed everything without one individual being infected. I bought all transmissions and still noone was infected.

i started on madagascar and was like "yes i can finaly win!" but then new zeland was like i bet this new snezeing virus will become very deadly close all airports and docks!

how the world notice a deseace that have no symptoms? that is 100% stealth? how they know its is a desease that will kill in the future? this game its not realistic.

I really, really like this game but only gave it a 3/5 because of the Madagascar problem being a drop-rate. Whether you can ultimately win (wiping out humanity) depends mostly on luck, not on skill. I love games that are difficult because they require challenging strategy puzzles, not luck.
