ARRRARAAGGHGASAR....i did it but only in 120 day's, i must of went too quickly with lethality and made it harder for my disease to spread. Everyone is right this game is too luck based....love it though

This game is too luck based, I've been trying all day but there either they detect my parasite too early and not many get infected, or it never gets to the islands. :(

I didnt Write this just reposting it 1) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, Mexico, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. NEVER BUY ANY TRANSMISSION THINGS this does work!! Thanks for the comment!

Twice now, infected the entire world, but not a single person died. No matter how many symptoms I bought, not a single person dies! What the heck am I doing wrong? I feel like my incredible fortune of actually having gotten Madagascar infected has been completely wasted. Twice.

If you proceed exactly as Americanidot suggests, then you will make it in 1-30 tries.
Thats how long it took me.
As soon as you see Madagascar close their shipyard, prior to being infected, restart! The same applies to argentina to some degree. Just repeat the procedure a few times and with some luck you get it right

and hey, it worked! they were all killed in under 80 days!
