The way I managed to wipe out earth on realistic mode was start off with a Virus and hope you land in New Zealand. If not just restart.
Then get sneeze and sell any other symptoms.
Once you have enough points get all the first resistances, including drug resistance.
Once you have infected a second country, sell sneeze and maybe upgrade one more drug resistance.
Speed up the game and hope to god you get to infect all the countries :P.
I got madagascar by day 27 and from then on just upgraded all the drug resistances and took the symptoms that seemed the most violent in order to cause death and infection faster. Wiped out earth on day 85 or something like that.

When i think about the game it makes me sad to imagine a world being killed completely. I always see my loved ones saying goodbye to me then dying right in front of me. It's kind of sad after a while.

For Relaxed play, refer to Naruto's guide, but save up about 50 points after buying all tramsmissions, then spend on all "Failiure" diseases. Transmisions aren't seen as well in relaxed mode, so buy whenever you want.

damn, i infected and completly wiped out 17 out of 21 countries, the ones that remained un-infected: Madagascar, Japan, Austalia, and Peru.

The people in this game is weird (well if they are any)...they shut everything down because of a virus that does nothing! It's like they have a phobia for viruses or something

I've tried at least 10 times to start in one of those places and they never came up. China came up 3 times in a row, so WTF is going on?!
