It will take like 10 minutes but you should get them all infected.
If not, restart.
Once you get all the countries infected, get vomiting and then save up so you can kill the entire population quickly.

the factor of generating a new country should be tweeked; it should avoid "randomly" picking the same country more than once within a small sample of new countries

Nauto98001 Has a really good system working there, the only thing I might add or change to that is that if you are a beginner player, don't get hardset on those specific countries when you first start. If you get a country that has at least 1 harbor and 1 airport you are in pretty good shape - so countries like Japan, Russia, Australia, and South Africa can be good too, if you are just starting out, but ideally you want a nowhere shit country like Madagascar or Greenland. Hell my last game Greenland didn't even close it's ports til day 70 when 90% of the human population was infected.

Started in madagascar, virus due to vaccine fail immune to all vaccines that will come in the future.... damn i'm lucky

1-Make a parasite.

3- Wait till everyone is infected. Get insanity or depression.
