If everyone in a country is throwing up, has a fever, is sneezing, is coughing, and is dehydrated, how can the hospitals still be in service?....I think its a very valid question....Maybe doctors aren't humans at all! :O

My MEthod (even on Realistic) That works is that focus everything on one province upgrading your resistances and symptoms (DO NOT UPGRADE WAYS TO SPREAD) and when it starts to spread thats when you start upgrading those (Upgrade drug the most)

basically you want to push the restart button 100 times until You start in Madagascar with "Sneezing" and your first infected country is cuba or new zealand. Then follow Nauto98001's guide. Congrats, you just traded 3 hours of your life for 60 Kongregate points.

Whew. I guess I got lucky. I got every country infected till day 28. And still I barely made it. I had 3 days left from the 100 day limit.

scary.. Greenland is completely devoid of life but the shipyard and airport are open, and the ship is actually sailing to and fro the continent repetitively.. haunted ghost ship, haha..

Realistic mode needs a touch improvement. If a country is not infected and has closed its transports, it should reopen if hit by natural disaster, for it would need help. Also lets not forget that their should be like a war against diseased countries and some countries would want to keep this disease secret to prevent panic.

when greenland was forsaken the airports and ports were still open they shutted there school when 100 people were left
