I've started in Cuba and did all like Nauto98001 said.
In 16th day I infected all countries, after that switched on deadly symptomps and had 262k points to Sept 24th.

Finally completed this game! Started in Australia as Parasite, bought no transmissions, no symptoms. Spread globally. Got 50 evolution points, spent on resistances (3 of each). They noticed me, I upgraded to last tier, then gave horrible symptoms. They declared vaccine. Hospitals closed down. Death reports coming in. Then just wait for about 20 minutes (make sure death rate doesn't outstrip infection rate!)Mwah ha ha! Victory!

I was winning... it was great... I started in madagascar :).... Every country cept canada, new zealand and U.S. were infected.U.S. infected... Canda Infected... New zeland shuts down shipyards, airports and borders... God I hate you new zealand

finally got impossible badge. I started in Greenland, virus, sneezing. Got resist cold 1, heat 1, moisture 1, drug 1. Left it alone and managed to get all countries infected. Get drug resist 4 then add more horrible symptoms, don't worry about tier 4. Took about 25 tries.
