I have to say, this game isn't very good. It's not even a game really, it's more of a slot machine. Once you figure out what you have to do it's all just a matter of crossing your fingers and hoping that Madagascar won't dick you over. The only reason I've even been playing this game is so I can teach the damned thing a lesson. This is why simulations will never be as much fun as a well designed game. Games are built around delivering an engaging experience that revolves around the player. Simulators are based on real life, and like real life they're tedious, boring, and mostly based on luck.

God damn you Madagascar D: I had Viral infection in New Zealand, left it alone so I had 150 Evolution points, added Drug resistance IV, all transmission, Kidney Failure, Fatigue, Hypersensitivity, Pulmonary Edema, Hemorrhaging and Fever. It spreads like a dream, and the cure research time just becomes longer and longer :D (Before changing anything on my virus, it had infected the world)

I got Madagascar with LINDA Virus, I didn't change anything, got my points to 74, then the world becomes infected overnight after I gave more traits and how it moves :D

Also note that this way, earthlings will not take any measures against your HIDDEN DOOMWORM.-Why chose a parsyite, because it has lower visibility, but I think that a tape-worm is easy to find, but it's a game.....

TIP: In order to do some good job in realistic, chose a parsite, than sell the fever. Now, upgrade spreading-stuff, but no symptoms, this way, earthlings will not observe the virus's existance. When spread properly, add symptoms and watch people die ! :)

Impossible badge is not kidding around. Even starting on Madagascar it's still all about luck in getting every country infected AND killed within 100 days or less. So far I've gotten everyone dead, but Madagascar resists infection leaving them the only place on Earth not wiped out in 96 days. UGH!

Guys! I have a good strategy! Don't make your disease lethal, as this will kill your "infecting minions". Work on infectivity until you infect everyone (or a vaccine is a great success). Then make it lethal. + if this worked. Good luck everyone! :J

To get for some visibility, yet high lethality and infectivity: get Fever, Diarrhea, Pulmonary Edema, Hypersensitivity, Kidney Failure, and Hemorrhaging.

Finally managed to infect everyone everywhere...on a parasite :( 117 million people alive at day 98. Pure luck & I started on Madagascar.

Greenland is so heroic. Even when they only have 500 people left they still try to get a cure no matter what. They're the only country I feel sorry for wiping out ^^

Every few months I come back to this game, thinking 'maybe today will be the day I finally nail that hard badge'. I upgrade the transmissions, jack my infectivity through the roof, and then I just stare at Madagascar, watching all the little boots pass it by. And then, just when it seems things might finally be different... Madascar has shut down its ports.

Just had a game where Madagascar didn't close their shipyard until day 43 and less than 5000 people were still healthy. Win.
