You can make your disease completely asymptomatic, with no visibility whatsoever. And then for no reason whatsoever, everyone starts closing their ports! You fail to infect the world, and it isn't even your fault. Fake difficulty at its worst. Does the visibility stat even matter?!
Madagascar in particular must require selling your body as a prostitute to the Random Number God before you an infect it.
I honestly have no idea how this game managed to get a 4.25/5.

I love how my disease is "spotted" everywhere and how they somehow know to shut down ports and airlines even though there's literally zero visibility, symptoms and lethality.

1)Pick Virus.2)Take resistances Hot 3,Cold 4,Moisture 0 and Drug 2.3)Take in fections and Water And Airports to infect faster.4)Take a break and see the fast infections.5)Wait then when infection finished,TAke alll the rest and Theyre gonna die.(P-S,Try starting at Madagascar,Canada,New Zealand,Argentina,Peru,West europe,Or Greenland.It will be easier realistic.If you are in casual,Try to start at China,India And/or Australia,but dont spawn at Argentina.

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Dont make the bash fast start by make upgrades that make bigger infection chance and resistances its good to colonise Japan and madagascar

Goddamit Madagascar. Also, it is horrible when you infect all the world(excepting for Madagascrewyou) but no one dies. You need symptoms, but you cant buy them because you have to wait till people have kids so those kids get infeced.
