There's no strategy to this. In the real world, if there's a lot of people with what looks like the flu, then Madagascar doesn't close it's borders and start burning the bodies of the dead. It's not realistic.

Was checking where would the last person die, he/she died in India. There were 1 infected people, 1 alive, 0 healthy. It froze like that i thought WTF, and 3 seconds later he/she dies. Just lasted a lot longer than average.

The strategy that's been posted multiple times actually does work. When I got Madagascar I used it and beat it in 96 days, despite not getting all countries infected by day 30. All of my countries were infected by day 40 but I still managed to win.

can't seem to do it even while following the guide everyone keeps reposting. i can infect all areas of the world by ~25 days, but it inevitably takes too long to kill everyone. i even take all the evolution points that people put into drug resistance and put them into more lethal symptoms since all the hospitals shut down anyway. not sure what i'm doing wrong otherwise.

This game has a lot of promise, but it rapidly boils down to the restart-a-thon, while you wait for the circumstances to be right to have a viable chance at winning.
It's like some versions of solitaire, in that way - but at least in solitaire, you can play fast and know you're doomed, while here, you end up waiting.
A few more meaningful decisions during gameplay would go a long way toward redeeming the fun-factor.
