In 2009, a boat departed from America. Within the next few days, all shipyards on the atlantic ocean were shut down. That same boat proceded to sail around the atlantic in little circles, looking for a shipyard, for the rest of the game.

The government of Madagascar closes its airports to prevent possible infections. Seeing how you never see any airports on Madagascar (or any planes going to it for that matter), you can assume that the worlwide community really doesn't like Madagascar.
