it was too long till the other countries got infected so it's not good to start from there.better start off elsewhere and hope to get lucky

ill tell ya how i did it...my guide: 1 pick parasite. 2 do what u want. 3 get lucky and get cuba. 4 get symptoms like sneezing vomiting and whatnot to spread easily. 5 get lucky and infect everywhere. 6 infect everyone before vaccine is made. 7 pwn noobs

The guide works great on relaxed.
I started in Madagascar. It took 30 days to spread the virus. After 50 days all countries were infected and on day 85 it killed all people.
I'm not sure if you need drug resistance 4.

I won on relaxed and it gave me no badge or card. That copy/paste strategy is pure gold though. If Madagascar holds out on you, just buy sneezing, coughing, and vomiting to improve infectability.

The copy/pasted strategy works for both hard and impossible badges, but only when your disease starts in Madagascar. I've tried with Canada, Greenland, New Zealand and Cuba (as the strategy says) and at least one country always closes. I think starting in Madagascar is key.
