First of all. Good game just that as other peoples have said you can play the XboX, Play this game and watch TV at the same time(well they didnt exacly say that). You just sit back and watch the game fly by.

Next up every one is saying HOW THE HELL DOES A VIRUS WITH NO SYMPTOS BE FOUND i have an answer. If you made the game like this it would be stupid. Every1 would just sell the symptoms and wait till the whole world is infected and then acctivate heart fauiliere and KABOW every1 dies. Any questions.

Oh by the way Madagasgar is not ivinceable all you need to do is work out the main trade routes the island.
Then keep starting new games until your on the island's main trade route :) SIMPLE!

I start with Madagascar, kill all but 1, Madagascar declared lifeless, but put on healthy list because of 1 immune guy, please reprogram this entire game.

best place to start is south africa (2 airports, 2 ports, close to madagascar)
russia, indonesia, usa and canada are ok too.

This is immensely fun and has wasted so much of my life in two days.
But when you have no symptoms, I want to know how on EARTH people start freaking out when its harmless and almost impossible to find. Or the fact it's nearly impossible to get to madagascar.

Overreaction to the Virus, YHTBTR, fair enough. Its godly, but countries shuttind down because of a Harmless outbreak of the sniffles? I dont think so.

ok its easy. take parasite. remove all symptoms, take airborne transmission and some resistances. wait. take waterborne transmission and more resistances. wait. you will be able to infect 99% of the world when they start making vaccine and closing ports. if you r lucky enough to infect madagascar then you've won since there is nothing they can do once they r all infected :P

You mean to tell me that my disease can be carried by rats and insects, but they can't bring it to another country just because the country "closed its borders"? What do they have rat forcefields now? Definitely NOT realistic.

Needs a faster fast forwards.
Seemed to get confused after developing and deploying a vaccine and 'Vaccine did not work as expected'. Took 370 odds days to develop another one, but no pop up and no redeployment.

it is possible to get madagascar. starting in new zealand is extremly effective for getting madagascar quickly. what you need to do is take off all the symtoms, then power up moisture resistance and all of the transmission ways (i.e. water, air, rodent, insect). Once you have done this, upgrade every other protection, primarily heat and drug protection. Madagascar will be one of the last countries infected, but if you are lucky an infected ship will sneak into the port and infect their population. After that, you just get more deadly symptoms and watch the world population die. This works best with parasite, and it will occasionally fail. if madagascar closes, restart and try again.

Yeah. The whole transmission to Madagascar and other island nations before they lock themselves being sheer luck needs to be fixed. The governments really do overreact to harmless strains. Once one government freaks, a domino effect seems to occur, and, if you don't have the island nations by then (Madagascar), game is over. I really don't want whether I win the game or not to be so entirely dependent upon chance as it is in this game. Otherwise, it would be quite fun.

Yeah, madagascar closing down the only way in when you have no symptoms at all is pretty lame.
Also, how about a tutorial in say, I don't know, text? Or a brief in-game tutorial comprising of maybe 3 total screens? Video tutorial might sound nice in theory but it's horrid in practice.
It was an interesting concept the first time around, but there isn't much more added and the execution isn't as good this time.
