At the very least you should have been able to sell resistances and transmissions as well, and doing so would have calmed down any panic over a disease.
There's only one strategy I can see, and all the different symptoms are mostly pointless.

so apparantly, greenland was the one that was supposed to send ships to madagascar, and as you can see, greenland is ery buggy, nothing ever shuts down there

There's loads of potential and room for improvement, but the bugs are killing the playable experiance.

This game is barely a game, first of all. It’s more like a software toy, that you just watch. Second of all, the ‘gameplay’ doesn’t seem to have much of an impact on your results. You basically just have to get low visibility, cross your fingers, and hope. Finally, because of this, there’s really only one viable strategy, which is pretty boring. Try and be as asymptomatic as possible, and just wait, then try and kill everyone. It would be nice if you could make different kinds of diseases and maybe still succeed, but nope. I really wish this ‘game’ hadn’t gotten 4 badges and a card.

Don't raise drug resist nor transmission until you have the world! it reduces the infestation level, which makes them not aware when no symptoms.

Braindead, it costs to get rid of symptoms because sometimes you don't WANT symptoms. Before calling the designers idiots, maybe look at yourself.

Where's the fun in this game? It's all about luck. Not much to do, neither to think about. Just wait. If you're lucky, Madagascar won't shut their shipyard too soon. If you aren't then only 6 billion pepople will die. So dull.
