Huh. Relax mode is just as frustrating to get right as "Realistic" mode, except people get infected and die faster. Weird.

Lol, because of me, there are 2 boats in the ocean looking for a dock. There is one in Greenland which they keep passing, but everybody there is dead. The boats just keep going in circles!

This game is okay, but it would be good if it wasn't ridiculously luck-based. I had a disease start in Madagascar and it took 40 days before the disease spread to another country (by that time 99% of the country was already infected). There needs to be somewhat even odds on infection and the reactions should have been adjusted to the severity of the disease. No country closes it's borders/airports/water treatment plants for a disease that only causes sneezing (at least on "realistic")

My Journal: I started in Madagascar. Only place infected until about 9000 left with just sneezing even though it was waterborne. Not a moment later. All of Africa is infected, and then the middle east, and China. After mexico gets hit and indonesia closed its airports. Goes to india in less than a minute. Then the USA, and Japan closed its shipyards. Right after, New Zealand, Brazil, and West Europe get infected. North Africa takes notice and closes a bunch of stuff at once, Cuba gets infected, and Canada closed the shipyards. Greenland and some other place gets infected. Couldnt tell cuz North Africa did a bunch more stuff. Middle East does stuff. Dammit. Japan closed the airports.

Nauto98001, your method is close, but no... I started IN Madagascar, and followed your steps to the T, however, Russia, and Peru were left standing.... damn commies!

I have never rated a game 1 star before. But if there were an option to give minus 5 stars, I would definitely give to this game without having any regrets.
1- There is no restart button. If you don't like your starting country, you have to go through the annoying new game process which happens like 42352352 times.
2- There is no diversity in the game. Only one strategy, which makes it boooring.
3- Getting the impossible achivement is %98 by luck. No talent needed. More talent is needed in some dice games, like backgammon.
4- Difficulty is set by a single country, Madagascar. And there is nothing you can do to overcome this.
5- Ships follow unrealistic and ridiculous paths. For instance, a ship leaving Madagascar goes to Greenland, but it goes counter-clockwise and travels a distance 8 times the shortest path.
In a nutshell, it's a horrible, horrible game.
P.S. Makes me wonder how horribe Pandemic 1 is.

Ha ha! Madacascar is busted. A ship managed to sneak in just as they closed the port - a ship which carried my deadly virus. They deserve it big time! :D

Start in Madagascar or USA--Buy all resistances early and sell anything to make it visible--Get waterborne and airborne--Unlock all tiers, selling whatever it gives you--Once all areas are infected, buy every single symptom there is. Humanity will be destroyed.
