1) Pick Parasite
2)Sell ALL symptoms
3)Acquire all level 1 resistances, you don’t need the rest, after that, just accelerate time until you have successfully infected all regions.
4)Once you have infected all the regions, acquire all drug resistance, up to level 4.
5)Buy : Sores, Boils, Necrosis and Vomiting.
Once you acquired some lethal symptoms and started to kill off the population, the remaining number of active hospitals will be quickly shut down. Hence, the vaccine will never be completed, never be deployed, thus your path to global wipe out is eminent.

Great, with just about every evolution trait (not counting Tier 4, cause I could never afford those. Evolution points gain on Virus type slowed to almost nothing after spending 100 points), it took 115 days to kill everyone, from the time every country got infected, and about 85 days from when every single person was infected. 166 days total days. Starting to seem like DRS messed something up when updating the game...

Make Pandemic 3. Make it better than this one, (if that's possible). Great game though.
I also feel obligated to copy this.
1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive

I am having major issues with this game. I am absolutely positive I picked realistic mode yet it keeps making me play relaxed mode. I killed off the entire population and received no achievements and I am definitly signed in. Really bumming me out. Fun one but I dont care to play games that you cant earn achievements on.

Every time you play this you know the second you see the word "CHINA" you panic, and triple check to make sure its not "is infected" cause if a person sneezes in china, it's classified a plague in this dam game

TIP: Don't let Madagascar or Argentina shut down their shipyards, if they do and they aren't infected just start over. God damn you Madagascar and Argentina, get some airports.

wow..thanks to naruto. Second try on it. Got Greenland. Freaking peru was a bi7cH though. I have everyone else infected. Btw Greenland was my first county to die. and North africa was the last to die. 98 days.. in the morning. PHEW NO DAYLIGHTS FOR YOU!

@saske98: you're not unlucky, it's just really hard to infect other countries when you start in Madagascar because they only have a shipyard and they're in the middle of nowhere, so people can't just go past the borders and infect other people from other countries...
