It's not a bug, it's just spectacularly bad game design. Madagascar can only be infected by boats, and boats not only move extremely slowly, but they almost never land in Madagascar. It is possible, I've had it happen to me only once. Other than sheer luck however, you're almost never going to get into Madagascar unless you start there.

The boats need to acknowledge the existence of the Suez and Panama Canals. They shouldn't have to round Africa or South America every time.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The game mechanics are either broken, or retarded. As far as I can tell it is all luck, and there is no skill what so ever... especially with the common "Madagascar" being practically impossible to infect.

It is worth reading all the coments for all the people saying that they will go to Madagascar if there is a mysterious diease that has no symtoms, is invisible and has no effent on anyone :P

Hmm, I started in South Africa, right NEXT to Madagascar, and the disease spread to the whole world except that damned island with it's penguins, zebra and Alex the Lion...

I HATE MADAGASCAR! Lol still gets a 4/5 for a great game. It really is more about luck then skill. And even if you start in Madagascar, it's hard to get a boat out of there that infects other people.

There seems to be a bug with the reattempt to make a vaccine. It doesn't redeploy. Other than that and my new found hatred for Madagascar, Japan, Greenland, and Canada... Great game. Much better than the first. Keep it up man.

i had virus and sold symtoms and got its resistance high and infect all over and it no symtoms and the gov. went berserk anyway. anyone know why?

by the way i started in new zeland with parasite. sell ll symptons and dont buyuntil every country is infected.
build up ur resistance. (that wont increase viability)
