I've been playing this game for a while on CM, and I have 3 major beefs with it... one is the fact that it COSTS points to SELL upgrades... shouldn't it GIVE you points? Another problem is that when things close, they never open again. The last thing that bothers me is all the boats that are left floating around in the water after the shipyards close... I think they should all be able to dock in a zone if ALL shipyards are closed... Especially Madagascar. lol.

3/5 - Too random! And why is it that I'll kill 95% of Earth's population in 30 days, but the last 5000 people take another 30 to kill? This is of course when you can get lucky enough to infect every country, which has only happened to me twice.

If I sell all my symptoms of the disease and it spreads all over, why does everyone start freaking out and shutting airports and ships if it DOESN'T do anything?

Even if you start in Madagascar, you likely wont get one of Canada/Greenland/New Zealand/Australia. Plus you don't get to infect anything until like day 30 when a boat finally leaves.

the game is brilliant in terms of the talent with flash.
it is a terrible game from a gameplay standpoint. it is essentially ALL luck, and the user has ZERO input.

I LOVE the game, but it makes me worry... what if this really happened? What would our defences be!? But still good game, try making a third game, but this time you have to fight the disease rather than spread it. ^^' 5/5 still!!

This would be a totally amazing game if it wasn't the least fair one I have ever played.
Sorry, but I'll have to give this a 1/5 until the game is updated or we get a Pandemic 3, which would be awesome! (I once infected every country, the first time I got so far, and after A LOT of time in front of my computer I watched the vaccine cure everyone, and I was doing so great. I haven't beaten this game to this day, even on easy. UGH.)

nice. but it could use some more speed and maybe the choice of where your pandemic starts. not that those are all that important seeing how i gave it 5/5 and been playing for about 4 hours

ONe of my favorite things about this game is the fact that it never tells you that Resistances and Transmissions increase Visibility.
Normally, that'd be all fine and dandy, as the Visibility Meter would tell ya these things.
Of course, upon buying said upgrade, your Visibility stays exactly the same, with you none the wiser.
This causes the game to become "Get Rodent and Insect Transmissions, and wait a very long time for anything noticable to happen".
ya rly.
Another interesting thing is how paranoid the governments are.
In lack of a better example, "Somebody sneezed in Canada! Quick, close everything in Russia!"
