Start in madagascar or austrailia choose realistic then virus dont mess with your resistances or transmittors just get as many symptoms as possile after getting all the basic resistances cold 1 heat 1 drug 1 etc, you have a 70% of beating the vaccine after you beat the vaccine get EVERYTHING and then win
