I've replayed this countless times for the hard achievements, the one time i start as Madagascar and finally see the list of infected countries coming thick and fast Greenland closes it's airport and docks at the same time. Damn you Greenland!

Not very realistic, shutting down the entire country, the hospitals, airports, seaports, giving out gas masks, water bottles, and declaring martial law, because of a contagious sneezing outbreak.
