I followed this basic outline and killed everyone in 97 days on realistic mode
1) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Cuba (if not, restart.) 3) Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it. 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances. 5) Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart. 7) Buy all 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, and hemorrhaging. 10) Wait until everyone dies. IT WORKS!!!!!! COPY AND PASTE IF IT WORK FOR YOU. Once it did it in 104 days :-( But second time, Kidney Failure killed very fast...don't miss that

is really to cough .. sometimes i start in madagascar and at the end is cuba or greenland the last land standing but most is madagascar the last....or i kill all the humans but in more then 100 days :S

4. Then buy sneezing, sell out anything that dosen't include sneezing
5. Once your disease spreads widely in Madagascar buy waterbourne6. Wait for the virus to be transported in a country with airports.
6. Then wait for the virus to spread in 4 or 6 countries, and sell sneezing.
7. Once your virus is spread all over, buy out all infectivity.
8. Then buy all first tier, then the second until to the last and wait for the world to die.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that guide doesn't work at all. IF you follow it, mada will always closes down by day 18. Now, unless someone knows what country trades directly with Madagascar, that plan doesn't work out at all.
