Update: Madagascar is so dam irritating! So now, because anything that happens ON that island to happen goes on stupid-slow, a good couple of countries closed themselves up and.. Here we go again, seems impossible.

The problem with starting in Madagascar is that your disease only has a ship as a way to spread. And that takes quite a while.
