So far I have seen one, *one* ship enter madagascar. In all the games I've played combined. You also need to add an airport, since they do actually have one, and need to fix the "zero noticibility or symptoms = everyone shutting down their countries" bug. Surely that wasn't programmed on *purpose* was it...?

Madagascar is the hardest, but then again in every game there has to be something you can't get right away!

Maddy is HARD, but not impossible..... I've twice managed to get it with total world infection, and once got it but was subsequently screwed by peru.
