From a balance perspective, MADAGASCAR. Nuff said.
From a gameplay perspective...... seriously, why do the governments take you so seriously with no symptoms? The common cold is everywhere and mostly harmless, and no one bothers trying to seal borders against it.

I think this needs badges. I beat it for my first time last night, and it actually wasn't very hard. I think it needs a medium badge for beating Relaxed and a hard badge for beating Realistic.

You know what is funny about madagascar? Their Healthy And Alive count. IT...NEVER...FLUCTUATES. All of the other countries Counts fluctuate! This is very weird.

God DAMITT. I hate my computer so bad. It has new upgrade to install like literally every hour!! Then when i left my computer on with this game on all night to get some points my computer restarts!!!!!! I bet i had like 600 points. Now i got to let it sit again.
