I started in greenland with a parasite..
I made it water / airbourne but not lethal.. after a while it spread round every single country.. Then i just waited for enough points to make it lethal and killed everything off.

I've gotten 60k score only killing a percentage of the world and got 40k to kill the entire world. (time) so you can still go for the big score

It seems like once a country closes its borders, you're screwed as far as succeeding in the game, given that you either kill everyone, or fail and only kill a percentage.
What incentive do I have to keep playing the game once parts of the map are completely locked off?

Am I incorrect in the assumption that disease can't be transmitted from region to region after borders close? Not even through airborne transmission? C'mon, you're going to tell me that Peru managed to slap a dome over their entire area?

Strategy seems to be thrown out the window with logic, as doing the same thing with the same parameters brings epicaly differn't results. it's basically poosh buttan wait until things are closed off, see what you did. and then kill people

something to add would be to choose where you start... it would help get rid of that last island :P and kiol7890's idea of smuggling is great

another thing i noticed..... all the shipyards are closed and i still have a ship at sea... shouldn't it die off in a few days due to lack of water? but it is funny watching it go across the world and back over and over again.

nice. would help: 1) some sort of delimiters in the numbers (e.g. 6,301,000,000 instead of single blocks), and an even faster time setting for Realistic games (jump forward by days instead of hours?)

i find that this game is fun to play but it seems that once you start to infect most of the world the islands close down and you cannot infect them. this should be looked at. if my visibility is 0 then the boarders should open again. and closing the boarders over sneezing is strange and burning the dead bodies when there are no deaths.....?

from cuba to the world, madagascar included :D only airborne, coughing, and not more than level 1 resistance. Once the bacteria got spread, i upgraded it!

Lol my diseases can't infect anyone new because of vaccine and only place it has infected is madagasgar and only symptoms are insanity and depression :D
