Today Doctors reported that they have discovered a new disease. It has no signs or symptoms and it's impossible to tell if you have it. There is no cure but fortunately there is no known cases of the disease.

1 Pick Virus 2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, or Cuba (if not, restart) 3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it 4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances 5 Once your disease spreads to about 10 countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility 6 Wait until all countries are infected. If this is after day 30, restart 7 Pump 4(!) Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8 After a few days(at latest around 35), unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging and whatever else you can afford that increases lethality. 10 Wait until everyone dies Whats really important ist that you need to pump drug resistance to 4, not 2 as written earlier. I just won :D Guide is brilliant, but I startd in Australia. Madagascar got infected before 5 other countries so it might be good start point too. GL :)

you really want your disease to start in canada-and for me, the guide did work, except when i upped the resistances to 1-1-1-0, i just put the drug resistance to 4 then

Use the guide! It takes a few tries, but it's the best strategy for the badge!

This game is pretty fun and making that perfect disease can be addicting. I feel like a little more interactivity (especially near the end) and a little less randomness (more emphasis on strategy) could make this a really great game.
