2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Russia, or Cuba (if not, restart).
3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it.
4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances.
5 Once your disease spreads to about 10 countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility.
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If this is after day 30, restart.
7 Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting.
8 After a few days(at latest around 35), unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you.
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging and whatever else you can afford that increases lethality.
10 Wait until everyone dies

The humans are a little... Stupid. I made a virus with only sneezing, no other traits, max resistance, spreadable all ways... With this lethality was 0. So nobody died. It got infecting everyone, and the people began to shut down everything just because of a virus that can't kill! Isn't that stupid! Make them smarter! This was part of my ultimate plan to infect the world, then with all the upgrade points, make all the virus bad things. This would of killed everyone if the poeple weren't so cautious about a virus that can't kill. Well, it does make sense, cause they would worry it evolves to kill... Anyways, I'm trying out the guide point_slash posted on comments.

Damn it! i get Madagacar on day30...then i infected the whole world by day59, but i ran out of points to evole into a killer virus......sux.....eventually i killed off the world but was way paaed 100days...sob*

so i started in madagascar figured o cool i finally got the bastard. didnt occur to me that nothing ever comes or goes to that island. completely infected the island port open the damn disease never went anywhere. im so done with this game

Forget the badges for a second. You can't beat realistic mode unless you hit Madagascar, which I have yet to do in any game unless I start in Madagascar. However, Mada has only one access point, which is rarely used, and is usually the first to shut down. I have often played games where not a single ship docked in Mada before it shut down. The fact that one would make a game that actually relies on phenomenal luck is what makes this game suck so much. This is even more retarded than trying to hit the restaurant in dolphin olympics, and I actually like that game.
