Ahahahaha. I somehow infect Madagascar after it shuts down, and the whole world is all red, but no one is dying while the vaccine is coming. I amp up the lethality a bit, and kill all but 10,000 people, and the vaccine fails. Win.

Actually, I have infected madagascar (and other countries) after they have locked down. It might just be dumb luck and it is certainly rare, but it happens. What I hate most is that even when i start in madagascar it can take 30-40 days to get anywhere else!

does anyone actually do this? cuz if you don't buy moisture resistance II then the waterborne is useless. and it says I-I-I-0 resistance, then all four drug, which would be the o, so u have I-I-I-4 which makes waterborne useless
