How many countires do you let it infect before turning off sneezing? Like half the world? Most of the world? I still can't get Madagascar...

How come it takes 50+ days to kill off the last 100mil people every single time!?!?!??! Is it because I have a slow computer? I see countries go for a dozen hours without any activities go on...

1 Pick Virus
2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, or Cuba (if not, restart)
3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it
4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances
5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart
7 Pump 2 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting
8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging
10 Wait until everyone dies

i even find it frightening, if you think of it, if some sort of thing like this happens... OMFG,
this is a game that could be even more deeper, if it had real life images and terrorism or whatever. I hope they continue to make this games

I have found this strat works for me for the impossible badge (it is based off what has been said previously, but with some tweaking):
1. Choose virus.
2. Start in Greenland or New Zealand (this game is based on percentages, these two countries hve the lowest populations, so with only a few infected people, chances are you'll spread to other countries early).
3. Get sneezing and lose all other symptoms.
4. Get 1-1-1-0 resistances (more than 1 is a waste, really).
5. When you have infected at least 5 countries, get rid of sneezing.
6. After everyone is infected (which should be before 30 days have passed), max out drug resistance.
7. Start buying symptoms (it doesn't really matter which ones, at this point, the more you get the higher your lethality will go, I did it with the first two tiers +hyptonia, depression and blindess).

you have to put it on slowest speed because the time it takes you to react it could be 12 hours or more later... but here's a combo that really works, sneezing+ vomiting or diahrea+ air born+ water born+ level4 drug resistance, once you've got just about every6one infected buy combo of kidney failute+ liver failure+ heart failure

(1) Pick the virus
(2) put the speed on the fastest it can go
(3)unlock all of the tiers
(4)buy 1-1-1-0
(5) buy sneezing,liver failure, hypersesitivity, and enciphalitus.(one everyones infected buy heart failure)
