Great way to infect every place, even Madagascar. Select parasite virus. When you start buy the vomiting trait and only use that one. Next buy the three first resistances, heat, cold and moisture. Do not buy anything else until the world is infected, then go crazy.

Wow I killed off the whole world but Madagascar lmao!! And didn't get my achievement for Infecting 2/3 of the world oh well still had fun playing it for the millionth time lol :)

It's funny because I infected EVERYTHING with a Liquid Knife. Then I had to get off. All my progress. Also, Fever is great! Deadly and infective! Wait til it evolves to ablaze! :D

second playthrough, desease starts in japan, infects all other countries the "Magically" gets better and closes all forms of entry and survives as the rest of the dies.... hmmmmm maybe just maybe the created it?

1) Pick Parasite
2)Sell ALL symptoms
3)Acquire all level 1 resistances, you don’t need the rest, after that, just accelerate time until you have successfully infected all regions.
4)Once you have infected all the regions, acquire all drug resistance, up to level 4.
5)Buy : Sores, Boils, Necrosis and Vomiting.
Once you acquired some lethal symptoms and started to kill off the population, the remaining number of active hospitals will be quickly shut down. Hence, the vaccine will never be completed, never be deployed, thus your path to global wipe out is eminent.

That's how I won.At the first 30 days it will be Boring.After 30-60 days it will spread.If madagascar fails.Restart this.This is VERY GOOD technique.

Great, with just about every evolution trait (not counting Tier 4, cause I could never afford those. Evolution points gain on Virus type slowed to almost nothing after spending 100 points), it took 115 days to kill everyone, from the time every country got infected, and about 85 days from when every single person was infected. 166 days total days. Starting to seem like DRS messed something up when updating the game...
