if you start in canada you can watch it likely spread to greenland, then up the cold resistance and you should then see it travel to madagascar before they shut everything down

Okay I started in Madagascar. I waited for it to send out a ship. I followed the ship. It went all the way around the world and then back into Madagascar. WTF

I love how there are those boat symbols that will look like they are going to dock in Madagascar and then make a 95 degree turn away from it. Ah so frustrating!!!

Best way to do it period. Realistic mode Virus. Following this method I infected the entire world within 17 days and the entire world was gone by day 82.
1. Greenland (Only country I found that connects to Madagascar)
2. Buy sneezing early on (sell what you get unless you have it)
3. Do not have any transmissions period if you start with it restart (Rodent, Insect etc.)
4. Buy your Resistance level 1 for all. (Heat, Moisture, Cold, Drug)
5. Once one other country gets infected sell sneezing. (Your virus will infect quickly)
6. Buy all drug resistance levels
7. Wait until all countries are infected and pop in to tier 2/3 of your virus Buy kidney Failure, Ataxia, and basically anything else you wish as long as you get those first two
8. Do not ever buy transmission (Rodent, Insect, etc.) or tier 4 of virus.
