On relax, I find parasites to work best, with the max of Drug resistance. Otherwise, it goes too fast and countries will shut down and create the vaccine.
On realistic, virus with one resistance to each element.
Don't use transmission and take out any symptoms when you start exporting in other countries. This way you maximize your chances to get all the countries.
Madagascar, sometimes will get infected even though the shipyard is closed, if a ship was going there. So it is worth to wait a day or two after they shut down to be sure.

In real life they haven't cured the common cold, in pandemic 2 they have cured my desiese....the common deadly cold. Like if youlike the desiese name, dislike if u dont.

They develoepd the vaccine, but there was nobody unFriendly to use it on. Then evolved symptoms of Demensia, Fatige, and Blindness - all nonlethal, so I can be with my nice calm Friends for ever and ever and ever.
