So I started in Europe and slowly moved along, I checked Madagascar out of curiousity and was like: "YES!!!" When I saw infected people I instantly bought a whole bunch of fatal symptoms and exterminated the human race.... Except fking Peru!!!

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia

You should be able to choose your starting location. The fact that the most common disease name is "Disease Name" is a clear indicator that we're all restarting to get a better starting location anyway. It's POSSIBLE to choose a starting spot; it's just a pain in the butt.

not to be a stickler but if you wiped out everyone on the continents, wouldn't the people on the boats that never arrived in port be the survivors. so in a way you can't kill everyone on earth.

When all the countries close off their borders and transit, there is ussually one boat who is stuck in the ocean and just keeps moving around and cant enter any port. Poor bastard.
