ok many ppl dont know what are the ''special events''there ar they: Earthquake:Reduces the hospital effect by alot. Floods:if your disease spreads via water this boosts your infect chance. Riots:if curfews are enforced this will negate the effect of that. Hurricanes:this is the worst thing to you...Closes Transit,Airports and School...WTF! Drought:increases insect population wich means an important boost if ur disease spreads by insects. Keep this comment alive if you want!
