I can never win this because no one ever goes to Madagascar, and even if they did, they close their port within 20 days regardless of the number of people that are infected anywhere

first pick bacteria. then sell the first symptom and buy snezzing.
wait until you earn evolution points. then buy water borne and airborne transsmition.
wait until all countries are infected then buy fever and vomiting . and buy tier 2
also buy drug resistance . then make your virus more deadly .
