AS SOON AS 4 regions get infected, sell all symptoms except fever - getting vomiting sold FAST is important. 10. Let game run at normal or fast speed and as soon as u have the EPs, buy Drug 1, 2, 3 and 4. 11. Wait for whole world to be infected. 12.
