1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. Then save for kidney failure and ataxia. 10) keep this comment alive Thanks for the comment! I got 13th of all time by using this method.

to get all countries get something like sneezing or smething that spreads then when all r infected get all the spreads (rodent ,airborn..)then get all the things that have high death and low visibility thenwait an win xDxDxDxD

If you cna get all the hospitals shut down, there'll never be a cure...I've only got 1 left, and there's a thousand days till completion. That's plenty of time to exterminate the human race.

I hate greenland second most, it is run by robots, i killid its population but the hospital was still open, after madagascar, the next 2 best countries to start in are new zealand and australia as their ships are more likely to visit madagascar than other countries boats are.

Started in Madagascar, at day 27 was first shut down ( Middle East ) and at day 31 i had Virus spread out on whole planet.
Than just followed the guide, buying symptoms in its order and at day 97 ( dont remember hour ) my virus killed last person.
Really reccomend you. And good luck on your tries.

Ooh, this is fail, i started in madagaskar after 15 days 100% infected but the virus just wont spread to other countries
