I got it in 30 minutes by using Darkruler2005's walkthrough...

1)Pick Virus. 2)Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, or Madagascar.If you do not get there restart. 3)Sell starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4)Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once three countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6)Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected until day 30, restart. 7)Buy all four drug resistances, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8)After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9)Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. 10): Wait until everyone dies. keep posted or else i will do nothing about it because i wont know who did not post it.

Following tip-started madagascar entire population infected by day 28. Day 32 desease finally escapes madagascar to n. america and e. europe, same time, cuba closes borders....mucho lamo!

it took the disease 36 days to spread from Madagascar!
But it worked, in 87 days humanity was exterminated (relaxed mode though)

Awesome game. Has all this virus and stuff. i suggest getting fever first always with virus then continue by getting the resistances first. but 5/5.

very nice game! ah, i found another nice game! it`s kind of a real life simulation. you can work and fight in wars there, get involved in politics or build up your own company for example! just use my this if you want to join: http://www.erepublik.com/en/referrer/tmv23 to get you a good start: the first things you need to do there are: get a job in a company and work there, upload an avatar and after you did that train to raise your strength. Then buy some food and login again at the next day. At the begin you have not much possibilities to be honest BUT: Every level you gain you have more possibilities! by the way, the power of the countries depends on their citizens, so join and support your country! For example at the moment there is a global war between Hungary/Russia/Serbia/France/UK/Turkey on the one side against USA/Croatia/Canada/Poland/Sweden/Greece on the other.
