Nauto98001, This plan gets me most of the way, madagascar is no longer the problem, my new problem is argentina and peru. They keep shutting down everything right when they are the last few regions.

I go to check the comments, come back up, and nearly all of Asia is turning red.

Hm...a disease that doesn't kill anyone and has no symptoms...
Close all borders, airports, and shipyards, hand out masks and bottled water, and enforce curfews and martial law.

Using Nauto98001's strategy, on my FIRST TRY in realistic mode (and the only time played in realistic mode for me) I successfully destroyed humanity (YAY!) in just over 68 days, for the easy, hard, and "impossible" badges all at once. Plus this and plus the post with the strat if you don't mind

Okay, I finally did it! It may be luck, but here's how I did it;
1) With a virus, start in Greenland.
2) Sell all symptoms
3) When you have enough points, by 1-1-1-1 (heat 1, cold 1, etc.)
4) Sit back and wait for all countries to be infected
5) When they start working on a vaccine, by all remaining drug resistances, plus the following, Heat 2, Cold 2, Moisture 2, Airborne, Waterborne, Insect, Rodent, Sneezing, Coughing
From there, do whatever you want, since that should be enough to infect everyone before the vaccine is distributed.

I after upgrading absolutely everything and not being effected, with that knowledge on meds, why not just send it everywhere (or cure cancer)
