I was able to get the ultimate relaxation badge using a parasite. The only bizarre thing is I infected Madagascar after it had closed everything down.

1)Pick Virus. 2)Start in New Zealand, Cuba, or Greenland. If you do not start in one of these 3 counrties restart. 3)Sell starting symptoms, if any, and buy sneezing & coughing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4)Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once one other country is infected wait untill it has an infected population @ 8,000 and sell coughing. 6) Once that country has reached 30,000 infected sell sneezing. 7)Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards or is not infected until day 30, restart. 8) couching, sneezing and vomiting then, in order : fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity, after that if you have points and time left add what you like 10): Wait until everyone dies get your badge. Started in Madagascar and was thwarted by Argentina of all places. Started in Madagascar again, going on day 50, and NO SHIPS have left yet, so no other countries are infected...

Seriously, Madagascar is an example of horrible game design. I started here this game; at day 56, I've infected the entire island, and have yet to have any interaction with the outside world to spread the disease. It's just me and an island of infected Madagacarians. That's pretty awful.
